The aims of NCC:
Development of leadership, character, comradeship, spirit of sportsmanship and the ideal of service.
To create a force of disciplined and trained manpower which in a National Emergency could be of assistance to the country.
To provide training to students with a view to develop in them officer like quality, thus also enabling them to obtain commission in Armed Forces.
Students have the opportunity to secure NCC ‘B’ and ‘C’ Certificates, along with the three years of their degree course.
