Category | Description |
History | On 16th July 1948 NCC came into existence in our country. NCC unit of the college started during the year 2014 4th September with authorised strength of 94 Cadets. Presently, we do have authorised strength of 104 cadets and Lt Ashok took charge as ANO. |
Intake | 70 SD boys , 34 SW cadets can be enrolled |
Eligibility | i) All students are eligible(PUC to Degree)
ii) Physical fitness is a must iii) Citizen of India or subject of Nepal |
NCC Army wing activities | i) NCC cadets meet every Saturday afternoon from 1 pm to 5 pm for regular parades, Drills and theory classes
ii) Grooming tomorrow’s leaders |
Main camps | RDC, TSC, NIC,BLC,ALC,ATC,AAC, |
Social services | Literacy programmes, Blood donation camps, campus cleaning, Social Awareness programmes. |
Benefits | i) The Indian army and navy are an attractive avenue for employment and National service(Indian Armed forces)
